The Diverse Narrative: Influence, Culture and Inclusion in Media Content

Content is the driving force behind audience engagement and, ultimately, the revenue that fuels media organizations. Ever-changing demographics and, more recently, societal demands have increased the call for more diverse representation on every platform. Some companies are moving beyond blanket statements that encourage diversity, equity, and inclusion into actions that tackle systemic issues and shift the landscape of talent, topics, and ideas that influence media content.
