Becraft, who serves as U.S. sales leader of the Data & AI Practice at Kyndryl, previews some of the new products, technologies, customers and partners Kyndryl is highlighting this spring and shares some business and technology trends he’s identified within the industry

About Jeff Becraft
Jeff Becraft heads the U.S. sales team for data and AI services at Kyndryl, the world’s largest IT infrastructure services provider, and has a particular passion for the media & entertainment industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in radio, television and film, and was an ABC/Disney Screenwriting Fellowship semi-finalist for one of his original feature-length screenplays. He also spent nearly a decade in the retail music industry and was a panelist representing the retailer alongside the CTOs of each of the major record labels at the National Association of Recording Merchandisers (NARM) conference. Jeff conceived and coded his company’s first online ordering website before making the leap into IT full time, where he has served in a number of roles, initially as a web developer, and later, software architect, project manager, consulting practice leader and sales engineer, and has been a frequent speaker on topics relating to enterprise scale management of critical software systems. In his current role leading sales of data and AI services at Kyndryl, Jeff and his team advise clients in a range of industries who are striving to achieve transformative results for their businesses by creating innovative user experiences based upon effective data modernization, data platform management, data science and applied AI and machine learning initiatives.
