The 75th annual Broadcast Engineering & IT (BEIT) Conference sessions will soon be available for purchase via online streaming as video-on-demand (VOD) presentations, exclusively on NAB Amplify. BEIT Online 2021 will premiere November 3 and remain available until the start of the 2022 NAB Show, April 23. The BEIT Conference Proceedings will also be made available online at this time, and are included in the purchase of the VOD offering. Those who purchase the online conference will also be eligible for a substantial discount on their registration for the 2022 BEIT Conference.

The BEIT Conference is a renowned program designed for broadcast engineers and technicians, media technology managers, contract engineers, broadcast equipment manufacturers, distributors, engineering consultants and R&D engineers.

Prior to the cancellation of the 2021 NAB Show, the 75th edition of the BEIT Conference was scheduled to take place in-person in Las Vegas. The vast majority of the presentations originally planned for the event will now be presented online via VOD.

Technical presentations included in BEIT Online 2021 consider pressing issues facing today’s media professionals, including the ongoing transition to IT- and IP-based systems and incorporation of artificial intelligence and machine learning. Emphasis on next-generation systems throughout the media-delivery ecosystem provides the conference with a decidedly forward-looking focus.
