GTI maintains its own Field Operations Department. Installation (rigging) crews are comprised of our own full time riggers, and provide the following range of services: Installation of all types of broadcast antennas and transmission line; Mechanical and electrical inspections and maintenance (towers, antennas & obstruction lighting); New tower construction; Existing tower modifications & strengthening; Foundations for towers; Transmitter Buildings and Transmitter installations; Our rigging crews are highly experienced in the technical aspects of broadcast antennas and related system components and are capable of, not only installation, but also the troubleshooting and repair of today’s complex broadcast antennas and tower lighting systems. Our capacities are not limited…our crews and equipment are capable of working on the tallest towers (over 2000') and lifting the heaviest antennas (over 20,000 lbs).
