If you are not satisfied with the content of the event within the first 24 hours, we may issue a refund. If you are not satisfied with a content of the event after 24 hours of the event beginning, we may issue you an equivalent credit, in the form of a coupon code, to be used towards a future virtual event. For one-time virtual event refunds can only be requested up to 3 months after the event. NAB reserves the right to deny any refund requests.

Conference Education

Where can I find the conference schedule?

Please view the show website. Full show schedules will be available beginning mid-September.

Do I have to RSVP for sessions?

No. All sessions are open to all registered users with the valid pass type, and you can instantly hop between sessions.

How can I attend the show(s)?

Once registered, your pass(es) will automatically be affiliated with your account, so you need only log in and you will be able to access the sessions open to your pass type. You can purchase passes for additional content at any time. Please note, some show content is only happening live, but the majority of programming will be available for on-demand viewing post-event, and we are in the process of building out NAB Amplify, where this content will live long after the show completes. If you’ve purchased a pass for one of the shows, you will continue to be able to access this content when it’s moved to Amplify.

How do I access on-demand content Post Show?

Following the event, video on-demand (VOD) versions of sessions will be posted to the session pages on the applicable show sites, and available for on-demand viewing for 30 days following the event. NAB is also in the process of building out NAB Amplify, where much of this content will live on beyond the show and your purchased fall event passes will grant you VOD access indefinitely. To stay up to date on all NAB Amplify updates, sign up here.
