Stuck in an Endless Loop?

We are in the midst of troubleshooting an issue that appears to be affecting 3% of our attendees, where they get stuck in an endless loop where the system asks them to log in on Amplify, they log in, go back to the Show site and are then asked to log in to Amplify again, where they are already logged in. If you are one of these unfortunate folks, our sincerest apologies, and please know we have our best people looking into how to resolve this. In the meantime we’ve come up with a couple solutions.

  1. The easiest solution, and something that works for most is to do the following on Windows: Shift Control R or Control F5; on Mac: Command Shift R.
  2. If that doesn’t work, try to clear your cookies.
  3. If this doesn’t work, try opening the site in an incognito window.
  4. If that doesn’t work, try the following:
    1. Go to the following link depending on which site you are trying to access and click “log in with username and password” and enter your credentials:
    2. After successfully logging in, in the same window, go to the homepage for the site you are trying to access:
    •

Thank you again for our patience as we continue troubleshooting this, and please know that all content will be available for on-demand viewing following the show and for at least 30 days, should you have missed any content due to the above looping.

How to Get Assistance

If you are having difficulty, you’ll see a Help button in the bottom right corner of all sites. Our team will help you troubleshoot issues as soon as possible. Please rest assured that all content will be posted to the site within 48 hours and your pass will continue to grant you access to all of the content you’ve purchased post-show. We thank you in advance for your patience as we help all of our customers navigate this new platform.

Conference Education

Where can I find the conference schedule?

Please view the show website.

Do I have to RSVP for sessions?

No. All sessions are open to all registered users with the valid pass type, and you can instantly hop between sessions.

How can I attend the sessions?

Once registered, your pass(es) will automatically be affiliated with your account, so you need only log in and you will be able to access the sessions open to your pass type. You can purchase passes for additional content at any time. Please note, some show content is only happening live, but the majority of programming will be available for on-demand viewing post-event, and we are in the process of building out NAB Amplify, where this content will live long after the show completes. If you’ve purchased a pass for one of the shows, you will continue to be able to access this content when it’s moved to Amplify.

How do I access on-demand content Post Show?

Following the event, video on-demand (VOD) versions of sessions will be posted to the session pages on the applicable show sites, and available for on-demand viewing for 30 days following the event. NAB is also in the process of building out NAB Amplify, where much of this content will live on beyond the show and your purchased fall event passes will grant you VOD access indefinitely. To stay up to date on all NAB Amplify updates, sign up here.
