Exhibitor Access Hours
Whether you’re preparing to set up your booth or packing up after the Show, knowing your access hours is essential. This guide outlines everything you need — from daily Exhibit Hall access and registration hours to how and when to secure special passes.
Exhibitor Registration and Exhibit Hall Access
Move-In Schedule
Plan your setup time. Wristbands are required for entry on Monday. Full registration services begin Tuesday.

EACs are required to pick up wristbands daily for access to Exhibit Hall.

Access Rules & Passes
To maintain a secure and orderly event, certain credentials are required for early, late, or special access. Here’s what you need and where to get it.
Off-Hours Work Pass
- When you need it: To work inside the hall outside scheduled access hours during move-in or move-out.
- Where to get it: Show Management Office (3D01), open daily from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Booth Maintenance Pass
- When you need it: For EACs to enter the Exhibit Hall before or after show hours on show days.
- Where to get it: Show Management Office (3D01), open daily from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Note: EACs are not allowed in the hall during public show hours.
Special Event Guest Pass
- When you need it: If you’re hosting a pre-approved private event before or after regular show hours.
- Where to get it: Show Management Office (3D01), open daily from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Quick Reminders
- Wristbands are required for access during move-in/move-out. No exceptions.
- EACs (Exhibitor Appointed Contractors) are not permitted on the floor during official show hours without a Booth Maintenance Pass.
- All passes must be collected in advance — no after-hours access without one.
